Spectrum’s Fluoride EMT Shears are fluoride-coated to provide a premium trauma shear made to last and to perform in the most demanding of environments. The special fluoride coating creates surface resistant to the sticky adhesives often left by tapes and bandages. The sleek all-black design looks sharp, but more importantly, the high-quality stainless steel blades with milled serrations and high-impact handles are designed to sharply cut through the toughest of materials. These 7.5” scissors made for paramedics, EMTs, doctors, and nurses have a blunt tip to keep patients safe and are ergonomically designed for comfort. The fluoride coating is resistant to residue, yet autoclavable to 290 F/143 C for required sterilization.
